Hi, Ive had a mark on my penis head for around 4-5 months now. I did have unprotected sex around 1 month before. Ive had full STD screening, ALL came back negative. Im concerned that it is HPV or possible balanitis? Or something that i dont know of. Any opinions would help. No pain or itching. Doesnt seem to be raised. Also let me mention i did have a rash on my thighs weeks before this. (doctors never figured what caused it). Dont know if connected but figure i mention it.
What this simply may be put down to is a skin imperfection - these occur right across the human body.
They can occur if the penis has experienced a great deal of pressure, so men using any form of penile enlargement may get these, or if your penis was erect for an extended period of hours, particularly if you were engaging in rough sex or masturbation.
Hi, thank you for the response. So i also was thinking the same thing with it being a imperfection. However i have noticed over time it has gotten to be a bit more red than it originally was about 5 months back. All i know is that ive had on and off urethral issues on top of the rash on my thighs/butt, and also the spot on my penis head. But since every STD test has came back negative i was worried it was HPV or that it was balanitis, or some kind of irritation. But there isnt any itch or anything. I really dont know what to think at this point
