Hello. For over 6 weeks now Ive had spot(s) with white heads on the corner of my mouth (on the outside). Ive tried T tree oil, sudacrem and various other treatments, but these will not shift it/them! I have a few days when I think they are going but only reappear a few days latter! Before going to the GPs I wonder if any one else has thoughts or treatments. I wet shave and so I try to avoid the area. Reluctant to go to doctors as its such a minor issue, but it`s just a nuisance now
Have you thought of thrush? Very common in the corners of the mouth, I have had similar to what you describe a couple of times after antibiotics and it was thrush, didn’t get it anywhere else

Thanks.Just been to the chemist and saw then pharmacist. I was prescribed Flucloxacillin anti boitic. I was sugested, at 59 years old, i had Impetigo. Lets see. Ill start the course (4 days x 4 daily tabs) on Monday. Ill report back…
