Hello, I have some dark spots on the glans and a little behind her. they are dark spots (apparently superficial). She itches sometimes yes sometimes no. I have more spots of this on the side of the glans. and when I retract the foreskin the skin gets a little shiny. these spots I've been in for about 2/3 years. I went to a demartologist and he said it might be something related to masturbation with dry skin or rubbing but I didn't talk about itching. I worry about being cancer or melanoma. I masturbate very vigorously and may the reason, but what about the itch? can it be ringworm, fungus or infection? I also feel my palpable groin and armpit lymph nodes and a mass in the glans. the mass to which I refer cannot be seen in the image, I only feel it near the meatus but inside the glans.
