Very scared moving from 5 to 10mg lexapro, not wanting a lot of anxiety🙁
I started at 5mg. I did 1 week at that dose then upped to 10mg. The 1st 2 days on the new dose I felt to anxious so I talked to my dr and did a 2nd week of 5mg. It really helped and when I did increase to 10mg it was much better. I just increased to 15 this week and this transition was much better!

I started on 2.5mg for 3 weeks. Then 5mg 3 weeks then 10mg 3 weeks. Then 15mg for 3 months now I’m at 17.5 mg and staying here. Anxiety at little better still a little dizziness but goes away with time. I started listening to Noah Elkrief utube videos and he really changed the way I look at life. Listen to what he has to say it’s pretty common sense. Good luck and God bless.
Your anxiety will increase do too your body/brain getting use to it but around 3-4 weeks it will subside with minor side effects then 6-8 weeks youll be feeling brand new!
I was nervous too about going from 5 mg to 10, so I cut my pills, and first spent a week at a slightly higher dose (approximately 6 mg), and now I've been about a week on 7.5 mg. I've had very minimal side effects, and have started to feel a few positive benefits. I do plan on going up to 10 mg soon :-).

I’ve been on 5mg lexapro just over a month and started 10mg last night, I feel like I’ve seen some positive change but still had some anxiety hoping the up in mg. will help that.
