I've had a few bumps, pearly topped pimples at the top of my shift for a month of two. At least thats when I noticed. They don't itch, they don't ooze, they are not painful. But WHAT THE HECKS ARE THEY?

Irritation bumps. They could grow into infection spots, but only time will tell that. Speak to your GP.
