Warning: Images of penis!
I noticed this white spot on my penis like three days ago (see image). It doesn't itch or hurt but I think it has grown a little.
I'm a 21 yo straight man and the last time I had sex was in June (my partner also specifically talked to me about STIs so I know for a fact that she wasn't infected). Other than that no sexual activity.
However, I did step out for outdoor activities without any underwear and only wore very loose shorts; so I'm assuming my penis did come in some sort of direct or indirect contact with the external environment.
The big question - IS THIS STI?! Can you get STIs from coming in direct contact with STI viruses in the environment?
