All day long strange things are happening inside my stomach. Feels like mini explosions I know anxiety can have serious affects on the stomach but I can't help but feel something is seriously wrong. My appendix, kidney or liver I don't know too much about the body but something must be up. Cramps all day long and stiff it's hopefully nothing but how can I be sure. Also I have pain under my left armpit and I'm also convinced that can be heart problems. I've so much wrong with me I just don't know what to tell the doctor if I go so I just end up not going I want my life back
Hey Les.
I was recently going though the exact same thing. Constant stomach gurgling and weird noises. I was having jabbing sharp pains also though my abdomen and even making myself burp all the time from basically hyperventilating which made me have gas in my stomach which created more noises and more pain. I have extreme health anxiety. Like VERY bad. I assumed I was dying from all of these symptoms. I worried about basically every organ in my body. I had a major panic attack and went to the hospital. Told them about my pain and they did an abdominal CT scan. Absolutely nothing was wrong. Possibly IBS, but my anxiety was a huge problem and anxiety can make IBS worse. And my anxiety was making me hyper-aware of anything going on in my body. People without anxiety may get these feelings they just don't over think them like we do.
I am sure you're okay, but it is worth the piece of mind to get a doctors opinion if you have access.
Good luck
Les, The only way you're going to find anything out is having a visit with your doctor. That way when your test most likely come out normal, you can relax. Anxiety can literally cost hundreds of different symptoms. It can cause symptoms in any part of the body including the stomach. Stomach symptoms could literally just be gas or indigestion. The pain near the left armPit is unlikely that it's heart related. It could easily be a sore muscle or gland, both of which are harmless. Our mind tends to blow things up like it's more serious than it actually is. Remember FEAR stands for false evidence appearing real. Don't let fear take you over. If you want to be over and done with this make an appointment now to see your doctor. Otherwise you're going to feel miserable every single day with worry, and that's no way to live!
Take charge of your life!!

i have never heard of FEAR before but that is really clever and i think i may try and tink about it more often.
I've experienced the jaw pain and I actually found out that I was having such bad anxiety that I was subconsciously clenching my jaw and basically grinding my teeth without knowing. It caused pain in my jaw, face and head. It was pretty awful
I grind my teeth all day long I need some mouth guard or something it's shocking how bad it is. Been reading a few of your posts. Think we are going through the same sort of thing! Would be good to chat some time. How are you right now?!
I would suggest taking probiotics, anxiety can cause all sorts of scary and unusual symptoms.
The jaw pain may be related to TMJ.
Psychostein.
