I have been on sometime for Antidepressants (U4 Flupenthixol + propranolol morning and sertriline), I stopped Flupenthixol and sertriline, a few days later tingling sensation all over body (heart area like feeling tingling and face too). Heart rate is alway 90 - 100+ sitting position. I've been on xanax for sleep too but cutting back gradually. Now my worries are back i feel like heart att going to happen or artery blockage or heart something is wrong, feeling not right or heart not working, feeling wanting not to live with those symptoms, feeling disturb, feeling something going to happen during sleep. I am still on propranolol 10mg but only help a few moment. I am on metformin 500 mg / day too. Also worry about hyper hypo blood sugar. Worry about heart rate and feel tired when running (like exhausted).

Yup, stopping anti-depressants will usually make an individual experience some/a lot of side effects… but the good news is that they only usually last a couple of weeks / months whilst your body & brain adjusts to the new routine.
It is also very important to note that if you’re experiencing anxiety a lot, then some of these side effects will just be normal effects from the anxiety.
