This might sound a bit odd, but ive been getting a strange noise in my ear whilst im going too the loo having a wee! its like a very fast dull clicking noise now i dont know if im being silly but i also get sharp pain in my lower right stomach whilst passing urine too so i dont know if they can be connected. does anyone have this issue with the tinnitus
