Hi, a week and a half ago i saw an ingrown hair type bump under my penis, i tried to push it to release the pus and the hair. I only managed to push out just a little bit of pus, a tiny amount. In two or three days i pressed it again as it seemed that it was the same (it didn't grew any bigger or shorted) and , once again, i only managed to push out just a tiny amount of pus. And that's when the strange thing happened, few hours after the last push the thing grew bigger but not in terms of growth, but in terms of length. So in the beginning it was more like a bump (circle) and now it's cylinder like (like a bigger rice). It's about a cm long. Since then it hasn't got any bigger nor smaller. The last time i had pushed it, i may have used excessive force, i read some things about lymphocele and i think it's more like that but i am not sure. It's hard on touch but it's not itchy at all. If i press the end of it its like a vein-like type of thing is coming by the end of the thing, like this little tube i touch stops there. Have you got any idea what it may this thing be? thanks in advance i really appreciate your help
p.s it’s on the shaft on bottom left of my penis not on the penis it’s self. Also, a day before the first bump appeared i had used a very tight condom(first time to get this brand). Moreover, it’s unlikely an STD type of thing, i have a stable relationship for the past 5 years and my girl had run various of tests though the years, gynecology kind of things, so if she doesn’t have an STD i don’t either
Sorry, I only just seen your message now. With something like this I would try putting some liquid antiseptic on it and see how it reacts.
Unless I have got the proportions like this, if you get something worsening like this it is maybe time to seek professional medical help … how are the symptoms looking now … ?
