I've noticed two strange marks on both of my legs which have been there for the past few months. There isn't any growth or change in them, and they don't itch or irritate me, I can't feel anything when i run my finger over it, its just a weird red patch. What could it be?
I've attached two images, they look faint but in person they're darker.
