Strange red bumps, sensitive to touch but don't really itch but never seen anything like them

I've had these for about a week and a half, started out looking like warts then turned red and have little holes or something on penis shaft. Anybody have a clue what it might be?

Jay, this is near the bottom of your penis shaft?
Do you use anything like a Ck Rg to maintain an erection?
I would try putting some antiseptic skin cream / ointment on this and see how it reacts …

the spots are toward the bottom, I don’t use anything like that though. I’ve been putting aloe vera gel on it, it helped take the redness away. the doctor I saw today really didn’t know what it was so I have to wait to see a dermatologist. It’s looking better but still won’t go away
