ive got these red patches and dots on my penis head !. seems a bit like the patches are 'shiny' and a bit peeled, but no pain . there was some itch and smelly occasionally when i discovered it two weeks ago but the smell and discharge has stopped once i started pulling back my foreskin and washing it daily.
is this an std? should i see a doc?
Skin looks dry mate. Can apply Virgin Coconut Oil to heal.
Any other symptoms?
