Had a lot of stress yesterday problems with children so this morning my IBS has kicked of really bad sat on loo at 5 am been on twice since o the joy x
Hallo Susan, ich war heute Morgen genau wie du um 5:30 Uhr und dann noch dreimal bis 7:30 Uhr, und das trotz der Einnahme von Lepicol (Regucol) zweimal gestern. Ich habe eigentlich keine Schmerzen, nur Krämpfe und lockeren Stuhl. Gott allein weiß, wie es mir ohne das Ballaststoffpräparat gehen würde. Ich sehe meinen Hausarzt am Mittwoch, da er einen Update darüber möchte, wie ich ohne Loperamid zurechtkomme. Ich habe auch noch mehr Gewicht verloren, was ich nicht mag.

Ich bin sicher, dass Lepicol dasselbe ist wie Fybogel, aber ohne Süßungsmittel. Es soll helfen, den Stuhl aufzubauen, um Durchfall und Verstopfung zu lindern. Ich bin heute ein bisschen genervt und fühle mich selbst leid, nicht genug Schlaf bekommt nicht. Ich hoffe, du bekommst Hilfe vom Spezialisten.
Yes my mom had IBS and stress made her run to the bathroom. She found taking a mild anti anxiety helped her.
