I suffer with mental health. Through my pregnancy the father of my baby caused a lot of panic attacks and anxiety. I managed to get legal advice and throughout the pregnancy was able to stop communication. This helped a lot with my mental health but I ended up having time off work as a result. When the baby came I followed the correct legal process and told the father that I would be in touch once I was over my major surgery C-section, but he’s decided to start the procedures of taking me to court. My anxiety has come back even worse. I’m just laying crying all the time and keep having massive panic attacks.. I don’t want to leave the house and I need some help with managing this. As I’m really struggling. I’m a single Imother so just stuck in the house looking after the baby. I’m also trying to breastfeed but having trouble with the stress
