U was just sitting watching tv and all of a sudden I got really dizzy, has anyone else had this before ? It was really scary

yes dizziness was one of the worst side effects for me
i was on 100 mg and gradually reduced to 50 and the dizziness totally disappeared
i used to get dizzy spells constantly though so had to try different doses before i found my magic number
they are scary. especially if you are out and about but like you, i used to get them just sitting reading or looking at my phone
they could pass but i would mention to your doctor
I had dizziness/lightheadiness before starting and whilst on 50mg but since being up to 100mg these have subdued my issue now is weight gain
Can never win haha
