hi ladies
my flushes seem to be getting g worse night and day. they are starting to make me feel sick.
ii seem to be getting these just sweats not flushing with them and these hot sweats give me a stinging feeling that starts at my feet and moves up my body. so.etimes it can start in my private parts area and spread up my tummy awful feeling. scared I’m having a stroke when it happens only last a couple of minutes the sweating lasts about 10 mins.. then I feel totally drained.does anyone get anything similar.

My sweats and weird flush sensations have increased a lot recently too. They are worse at night although perhaps this is also made worse by anxiety and overthinking less to distract at night. It’s becoming unbearable and I can truely empathise with you. I have been perimenopausal for past 8 years and I am now 53 years old. I have decided to try hrt which I was very reluctant to do and started on a patch only 2 days ago in the hope that it does help. I have tried lots of other things that are natural to no avail unfortunately. I suppose I cannot really offer any words of wisdom but the only thing is that perhaps if we all share our experience of this difficult phase it gives some reassurance that we are not alone. Sending in hope that you get some relief.
HI Rainy, sorry u are suffering want to tell u my experience!! I have always had hot flashes off and on throughout my whole journey in peri… feel I am beginning to transfer into meno, 2 weeks ago when I was due for my cycle the drenches started, never had to this extreme before the heat ramped all the way up my stomach and all the way up to my head then would break out in a complete sweat down between my legs and all over my whole body, this lasted for six days strait all day and night!!! at least once an hour and sometimes more! they slowly started going away on the 5th day… really like when I hear other stories, but I am sorry for you this is horrible, I also had pain like kinda cramps thought I had a bladder infection, went to doctor and she gave me an antibiotic in case, it was right before the 4th and didn’t want to get ill when out of town… they called after they checked my urine the next monday and it was normal… can’t believe how bad this is… all my friends here have never had a hot flash, especially that bad… they have never totally went away, At one point Iwas just extremely hot all day long for about a year… then would flush once in awhile… but this was ■■■■!! sorry the only way I can explain it, thought I was dying of something:heart:
