about 4 months ago i noticed a big swollen lump poking out of my vagina. i freaked out and made a drs appointment then it went down.
after intercourse last night it came back.
i have had three kids naturally.
anyone know what this is?

I think its a vaginal cyst. Nothing to worry about but do see your doctor for advice.

is it causing any discomfit, during of after sex?
not during as i hadn’t even noticed it till straight after. But it has been slightly uncomfortable since and have had cramps today too (not sure if related or not)
I am home with my 3 little girls all week so will try and get to the doctor monday
did you ever figure out what it was?
