Hi, all. I had the roots of a top left 3rd molar that fell out a few years ago, plus my bottom left 3rd molar removed on July 9. They both had infection. Yes, I stupidly neglected the remaining roots on top for a few years. I developed dry socket after the extraction. The left side of my throat hurt when I swallowed after the extraction, and I read that that’s normal. My left ear also felt sort of full and had an occasional dull ache. The fullness has improved, but I still feel like there’s something there around that left ear/throat, and I feel it when I swallow. Sort of aches sometimes. I have long-standing tinnitus intermittently, but it’s worse in the left ear now. The back, bottom of my skull behind my left ear also mildly aches now and then. Has anyone experienced this?
i have something similar but i seem to have a little bit more wrong and its on the right side. my throat feels weird on the right side when swallowing, tinnitus, ear fullness, dull aches and random sharp.
poor lower right wisdom tooth extraction left me with my eardrum moving in and out when breathing through my nose, jaw doesnt move properly(doesnt glide smoothly when opening), numbness around side of head and eyelid, upper right eyelid twitches, random pains sharp and dull in cheek and ear, jaw pops when opening intermittenly, constant “pressure” and tight muscles, feels like something is in my right eye, my jaw is more loose now. i think i have some form of nerve damage along with my jaw being misaligned causing inflammation but doctors arent helping much nor do i have a diagnosis 
its been over 3 years for me. i also have a bump just under my ear between my neck and jaw(feels like scar tissue)
