are syphilis symptoms obvious? Can they go unnoticed?

The symptoms could be different to individuals, what concerns you have?
i may of had a unprotected encounter. was quite drunk but sure protection was used. after a few weeks. i had an urge to urinate frequently but that stopped and then felt a tingle feeling inside the urethra. never had any visible signs of ulcers or chancers. done a test for Chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas, mycoplasma genitalium, herpes 1&2, ureaplasma and gardenrella and they all came back negative. can anything else cause such irritation in the penis? never felt ill like having flu symptoms, tiredness etc
There are too many reason which could cause irritation in the penis.
I will suggest you to do a test, to clam yourself down.
