I then went to take my nightly amitriptyline but by mistake I took my morning 10mg escitalopram do you think I will be ok, as I took 10mg of it this morning, I'm really worried. Thanks
You're going to have some side effects from doubling your dose in one day, but you're not going to die! I wouldn't take the morning dose tomorrow, but consider taking 5 mg tomorrow night, then start taking the 10 mg at night

It depends on the person; insomnia, Anxiety, sleepy...but nothing to worry about, in 24 hrs your body will adjust, if you want to follow my advice, stay a week taking 10 mg at night then you can switch to morning. Good luck
