Vitamine & Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit Citalopram einnehmen?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone take any Vitamins or Supplements with their AD’s. I’m taking 15mg of Citalopram and was wondering if I could take Magnesium or Calcium with it as I’ve heard it helps?? Thank you.

Is this the post you mentioned to me? I understand its ok to take Vitamins with Citalopram but always best to check with the Pharmacist (just in case).

I’ve read Magnesium and Calcium help support the nervous system, but the better ones are the B Vitamins, especially B1, B6 (in particular) and B12.

My doctor suggested B6 to me years ago.
