Hi, this is my first OB and it has been painful. And of course, I started my period in the middle of it. I decided to use a pad because i'm scared of spreading but I just saw it spread to my butt cheek. im so stressed out. What can should I use?
just let it heal and try using natural tampons when youre having an outbreak just to keep everything dry
