Tell me if this is anxiety

I suffered from anxiety since i was 20 but these past fewdays from symptoms changed.

My whole body gets hot

Weird taste in my mouth

Feeling like I'm going to pass out

Tingling feeling all over my body

The feeling like I'm going to die

Dizziness

Let me know please

Feeling like you're going to die is your Anxiety you're probably having a panic attack. Your whole body gets hot? I get hot flashes. Anxiety can cause them too. Or is it just one time if it was you probably had fever. Feeling like you will pass out...were you eating and drinking liquids? Low blood sugar or dehydration can cause this. A metallic taste in your mouth is a type of taste disorder known medically as parageusia. Common causes include new medications, pregnancy, and food allergies. Bitter, salty, metallic taste^ Tingling is a common symptom of anxiety, panic, and stress. When this Tingling symptom is caused by apprehensive behavior and the accompanying stress response changes, calming yourself down will bring an end to the stress response and its changes. Dizziness is caused by Anxiety disorder and stress. Hope you get better๐Ÿ‘

Yes, all symptoms of anxiety and stress. Mine started  in my 20s and I had all of your symptoms plus more. I thought I had a terrible disease but it was all anxiety related.

obviously we cannot diagnose you on here but many  people with anxiety have your symptoms.  Just so you know any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you. They are scary and weird but that's all they can do.

All anxiety starts in the brain, so the key is to calm down your mind, which will calm down your symptoms.

I wanted to let you know that I am now in my fifties and still here!! Lol

Heres what I did to manage my anxiety and symptoms :

A couple times a day I listen to meditations on YouTube for anxiety and stress. They completely calm down my mind in my symptoms diminish and sometimes go away completely. They teach you how to separate anxiety and negative thoughts from yourself. I like to use earbuds for a better effect.

I did go to counseling to determine what my underlying anxiety was about and how to better manage it. That helped me a lot

I exercised more because that releases a feel good hormone from the brain

I learned how to extinguish anxiety when it first appears by reading a book called Mindfulness

And I took life less seriously, treated myself better, got more social and active.

I rarely get symptoms, but if I get anxious, I am in much better control of it.

You will be fine once you learn how to manage your anxiety. You have to be determined to be the one in control and not the anxiety!!

Also, don't react with fear  when you get symptoms because that  Will increase adrenaline from your brain and cause more anxiety and sometimes. You have to have an attitude of "this is ok. I'm fine. It will pass."
