I was being treated at one hospital and then was transferred to another hospital which is not as convenient for me to access. When I was referred to the second hospital it was not for the same condition I was being treated at the first hospital, but the two conditions both fell under Rheumatology. I seem to have been discharged by the original hospital of my choice but would prefer to return to the care of the first.
Q. Is that possible?
