These are showing up on and around my penis. What are they?

About four days ago I started noticing these spots above my penis and on my lower stomach. It’s somewhat hard to see them but I’ve noticed that when my skin is dryer they are more pronounced. While they are fairly visible in these pictures, after I take a shower they are much harder to see.

The spots on my lower stomach are red/brown and look different from the flaky white spots closer to and on the base of my penis. The last time I had sex was about two weeks ago.

Does anyone have any idea what this is. Initially I thought it might be an STI like herpes or HPV but after researching a bit I don’t think that they fit either of those symptoms.

I should also mention that none of these spots have brought be any kind of discomfort. In other words, I don’t even feel that they are there.

I have schedule a doctor’s appointment for next tuesday but I would really like to know how worried I should be. Does anyone know what this could be?

For those asking, I had sex with someone about 7 days before the bumps started showing up (with protection). The bumps still do not hurt or itch and have not uzed out any substance. They are also fading away a little bit but there are many of them varying in size, most of them very small. The bumps are widely scattered from my lower stomach to my pubic region with some on the base of my penis.

The first picture could possibly be molluscum contagiosum. If so then apparently it’s not a big deal. Wait and see what the doctor says.
