Both of my cramps have been at night. Has anyone had them during the day?
Hi Joan. I have had cramps in my calves daytime mostly for two yrs now. My doc tested blood for low magnesium, but nothing was low. She told me to take potassium and magnesium anyway. Tried that, but it didn't help. Had to stop my daily walks. Presently am trying to drink a gallon of water each day, as it can be caused by dehydration. (My hematologist told me that the hydroxyurea shd be taken with lots of water). I thought I was drinking enough but I think dehydration could be the problem with me. I hope I find the cause because I really want to go for walks again. Best of luck in finding your problem. harrishill1
