Hi im a 38 year old female with IBS (Mainly IBS-C) I have noticed that on occasion that my stools are thin (almost flat snake like) i did have a colonoscopy last year and that was clear
i get the same and my colocscopy was year ago dont think much can change in a year do u get alot of pain
You can get flat stools with IBS.
I keep suggesting this, but after years of suffering, and yes, having similar problems, I found Triphala, an herbal supplement that literally turned my life around. I no longer suffer from IBS. I go daily, easily, and well, and it is amazing.
what is a normal poo cause mine seem normal but i still get the pains come and go is this normal for ibs
Come and go pain is a classic symptom of IBS. If your stools seem normal, I wouldn’t worry. I suppose if you are not having constipation or diarrhoea that would be considered normal stools. However, with IBS you go from one extreme to the other.Since everyone is different, people will have their own ‘normal’
