I he deteriorado tanto en los últimos años. I tengo tantos problemas para caminar.
Hi cherl450 I was diagnosed with fibro in 2014 after 10 years of many tests and seeing different specialists. My mobility has got worse since last year I know have to use a wheelchair when I go out. I use a walking stick and walking frame when balnce is a problem. I had physio in 2014 on my legs physio said my muscels were waisting away, and that my mobility wouldnt improve which it hasnt its got worse. Im in constant pain with back legs been to the drs about it. and got no help? I cant take pain relief because of the severe side affects I have. Fibro has alot to answear too. You could mention physio to your gp see what they say. The physio I had did nothing for me at all. What I do is bend my feet towards me and back and move my feet in a circle motion whilost sitting just try raise each leg a couple of times. These are things the physio told me to do. Hope your mri and electric test goes well for you. please let us know how get on. take care

Hola cher450, soy Zoe.
Estaba atrapada. No tenía ayuda alguna. Estaba completamente sola.
Zoe x
