I want to try come off mirtazapine but I am dependent on it to help me sleep it doesn’t do much for my depression and I’m gaining weight. I am on 15mg how would I go about reducing?
i would talk with your doctor. it will depend on lots of things including how long youve been taking it. i just started and would give anything to gain weight. my anxiety and the side effects are making eating really hard work. but the general advise is always slowly
