Ayer, mi rodilla derecha comenzó a sentirse rígida. He estado moviéndome con mi andador cada 90 minutos más o menos. Las mañanas son más rígidas que al mediodía. ¿Alguien más ha tenido este problema con las rodillas después de una cadera?
Yes...absolutely! I had my right knee replaced 2 years ago and right hip this past November. It has been 10 weeks and my quad and knee are still prone to noticeable tightness. Some days are more noticeable than others. My quad has also been considerably weaker.
This is all new to me, so I can't really offer long term experience, but I can comiserate!
Hang in There,

I know that Gaby had issues with her knees (which were replaced a couple of years ago), following her hip replacement last year.

Me😩😩😩 My TKR is on my RIGHT leg, done 2& a half years ago. My THR was done 12 weeks ago. All went well, BUT.......... The strain on my right leg, compensating for my hip side , my knee has just gone mental!!!
My hamstring, quads, tendons and IT band have all become inflamed, swollen and pulled. The stairs finished me off!!
I've been at home for 10 weeks!!!! Unable to walk , to rehab my hip, nothing!! I've gone round the bend and back again.
It's just barely getting better but is a long long job!
I'm petrified to do anything to set it off again as I did numerous times at the begining!!
My life seems to be on hold with no time frame to the end!! & THEN I'll have to rehab my hip!!
I'm going quietly mad and put on weight! Depressed doesn't even cut it!!
Sincerely hope yours settles down but please be careful!! In a second it go's pear shaped!!!
