I am a 45 y/o male and embarrassed to admit that I have always suffered from a tight foreskin which has affected my confidence during sex and caused anxiety that it may get stuck behind the head of my penis.
I believe that this may be related to a short frenulum but any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I have uploaded a gallery of photos of my foreskin pulled back as far as is comfortable & my frenulum, that you can see here.
Is going to see my doctor necessary to get help with this? We have recently moved countries and our new doctor is a relatively young female so I am nervous and unsure about how to bring this up and why I have not sought help previously!
