I noticed this a couple of months ago than it went away and just came back today.
A tiny black spot on the inside of my mouth on my cheek randomly appears. It's never in the same exact spot but in the general area. It doesn't hurt, there's no scab or feeling to it and I didn't accidently bite my cheek.
Any thoughts?
