Tiny, faint, white spots on penile shaft

Hello, Really just looking for an explanation as to what these spots are. They're harmless, flat, white-ish and reeeeeally small. They're below the head, on the side of the shaft. I can't find anything about them anywhere. I've included a pic. Regards,

I also haven’t had these before last week. Could it be an STD? It almost seems that they’re spreading. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

they dont look like an std. but regardless you should always get checked. the position of the photo makes it look as if theyre on the ridge of the penis? further the spots look like micro pearly penile papules. totally harmless, if they are spreading as you say and all over your genitals. id look into mallascum contagiosum, but honestly it doesnt look like that either. sometimes the skin does weird things for no reason. get tested and stay safe
