Hi Pev, just so you can understand what I am going to suggest I will first tell you about the issues I have had with my penis. I have been struggling to deal with 4 or 5 conditions related to my penile and sexual health since I was around 17 or 18 YOA - in my early 50's I developed a horrendous skin condition that meant I could not have sex or masturbate for around 5 or 6 months.
As a result of this my penis shrank to the size it was when I was about 8 YOA - roughly, the size of an average man's little finger. It looked really undersized and pathetic compared to what it had been.
When my skin condition became controlled I set about restoring the size I previously had. I tried Penis Pumps / Developers, tablets and pills to increase size, natural Penis Development Exercises (jelqing) - in the end my conclusions are this: unless you are prepared to use a mixture of most of these, or all of these every other day of your life you will not change how your flaccid penis looks. In terms of the pumps / developers, and the penis enlargement exercises I would not recommend them to anyone as it is all-too-easy to injure your penis, or alter it in a negative manner that you simply cannot reverse. Tablets and pills need to be used regularly for the rest of your life, otherwise whatever potential gains you MAY have achieved will be lost within a matter of weeks or even days of you stopping taking them.
Essentially, the best and most simple thing I would recommend is that while the penis is not a muscle, it has to be treat as one. Certainly I am NOT talking about you having to excercise it in a certain way, or even have to Masturbate 3 or 4 times a week to stretch out your penile internals on a regular basis.
The simplest thing I do is more of a massage action. I gain no sexual gratification from this action. I use gentle stretching, move my penis in all directions, gently flex it - with the thing you are trying to achieve is to have a better level of blood present in the penis on a regular basis. To deal with my skin condition, these actions also include stretching the entire skin of the shaft of the penis, and to do this, the main excercise I use is to draw my foreskin as far forward as it will comfortably go. When drawn forward, I massage the entire foreskin so that it retains suppleness and is as healthy as possible.
The best time to do any exercising or flexing of the penis is immediately after a warm shower - AND for anyone wanting to try this, you MUST start gently and build on the level of pressure and time spent doing this over a period of months, rather than trying to achieve startling differences within a relative few days or weeks.
Really, what I developed is the self-knowledge of is what I can being 'skin-friendly' to my penis - to cause no harm, but never to return to having such a tiny flaccid penis again.
And, the other essential ingredient I found was to use a Lube that is also skin-friendly to the skin of my penis - and in my case, I had to exclude any mineral oil based lotions, creams, moisturisers, baby oils, and that kind of thing and use a natural plant extract, and the best I found was Aloe Vera Gel.
You must come to terms with the flaccid penis you have now, and decide whether you want to try and change it in any way. If you are considerably overweight or do not excercise at all this may also hinder your penis being a better size than it is currently.
I hope that has given you some insight as to where not to go in terms of potential things to peruse and try, and, hopefully an idea of you you can simply and naturally encourage your penis to be something it is not currently ....
