Can anyone explain why my body gets tired and weak easily when doing little things like cleaning. My symptoms include light headed, head pressure, no energy, weak and achy body. I'm 30 years old 5'10 and weigh 260 pounds. I'll admit I don't exercise a lot bc of my anxiety and palpitations. I've been told by doctors that my heart is healthy so were my ekg, ct scan and blood test. Sometimes low on potassium but that's it. Please help and God bless you.
Honestly anxiety with deppression can make u very week no energy im laying down right now because of lightheadedness for 5 days
Oh wow I'm really sorry to hear you're going through that but i know what you mean. It's like sitting down but mostly laying down is when I feel most relaxed but when I get up to do things, after a few minutes I get so tired and sick..It's an awful feeling.
Lol its cool as much as we dont want to only way get i energy back is to ignore anxiety and exercise

Anxiety is a reaction to feeling under threat and it makes your body prepare for action, you switch into a higher gear. So your heart speeds up, breathing speeds up, the tone of your muscles increases ready for immediate action (that's why people tremble), you also release a lot of hormones that make more energy available. However your body isn't designed to maintain this state for long, your muscles start to ache, you become more aware of your heart rate & breathing and you wear out your energy resources. If you increase your general level of fitness you also increase your energy resources and exercising your muscles helps them and you to relax afterwards. You say your concerned about your heart and of course for most heart problems exercise is part of their management. Whichever way you look at it they way you are dealing with these things actually increases your risk and keeps the anxiety going.
I really appreciate the info. I do go for walks and I'm starting a gluten free diet so hopefully it'll do some good.
It’s a mind game bro . I work out , and sleep well and Work and go to grad school all routinely ! But i am diagnosed with panic disorder and GAD . I do all this but i still seem to be short of Breath And hyperventilate fearing cardiac arrest . I’m only 21 5’8 and 215 . But i do try to walk more
