Toddler has Scabies

Hi, I’m desperately looking for help, my now 20 month old has scabies for 5 months, we have applied Lyclear 5% several times but we cannot get rid of it. It’s started on his scalp, red mounds and extended all over his body and he cannot sleep with the itch. We have followed all the recommendations after treatments with hot washing bed linen, clothes etc but still it hasn’t resolved the issue. If anyone can help us please.
