I've had toe cramps on the big toe, on both feet, painful, for a period of about 4 years. It curls downwards towards the underside of the foot. The left and right don't necessarily cramp at the same time. No calf cramps, no shin cramps. Wondered if anyone else had this toe cramp problem, without any other symptoms?
