Has anyone tried thera bands for syretching heel and foot. Had this extremely pain from planter faciitis. I couldnt walk now i camt stand. What works for anyone. Doctor put me pn pain mefs last week and nothimg

my daughter has been suffering with planta fasciitis for over 3 months, her hospital appointment is this coming week after waiting 3 months. She tried acupuncture, never worked done exercising, never worked had steroid injections, never worked . I may suggest to her these Thera bands.
