Found these after shaving and I'm not sure if they were there before or if they got there after I shaved last week. No pain, itching, stinging, or bleeding also, Ignore the red spots at the bottom. Those are from razor bumps that I popped.

Hi Jordan, for anyone who has been sexually active something like this could be the sign of genital warts. From the photos, both these and what you say are razor bumps look the same. From you looking at them are they distinctly different?
So, there could be a link with the shaving: with something like this I would dab some liquid antiseptic on them, twice a day for 3 or 4 days and see how they react. Next few times you are shaving give this area a miss.
Depending on whether you have been sexually active, I would certainly look up the basics on Genital Warts - there is a well-explained series of web pages at “Planned Parenthood” … “What are the Signs & Symptoms of Genital Warts” - we cannot post external web site addresses on here so you would need to search for these terms yourself …
If you are regularly having unprotected sex and have not been tested recently you may consider this, or pop into a Walk-In Sexual Heath Center and see what they think of what you have and your circumstances.
