On my left hand I can see the skin junping constantly between the thumb and finger as if its twitching this is happening 24/7 anyone else have this?is it normal?

Head shakes,feels like the grounds moving when i walk body jerks,i have been under a great deal of stress and the doctors put it down to this but ive never mentioned the twitchin in my hand to them before so im unsure what it is

I am on proproponol(spelling) and i start cbt therapy in january,but the struggle with these shakes is stressing me out alot if this just stress and anxiety it is a horrible thing to have!
I think you could rule out side effects if that's all you are taking. I would be concern about something major like heart attack or stroke. I would say for you to let your doctor know about this and try not to worry about it because that would make it worse. It there is someone you live with, look et them know to keep an eye on you. When I was in highschool I had the exact same twitching and in the same area. I iced the area and it went away in a couple days
