I am 31 year male unable to self void due to High bladder neck and admnant urethral valve.

not a single drop urine our by self void.

Are you taking anything at all? Especially for your prostate? Tamsulosin is often given to relax the muscles in your prostate to give a better flow. You should talk to your doctor about it.
you have assembled a nice long list of issues to check. why not go see a specialist and let that doc check off your list… it also could be a urine infection acts very similar to your description. antibiotics are given after a sample is checked . considering your age that’s my guess.
