i have small rash patches on each of my wrists, its bumpy but no itchy or irritating its just there, any idea what it could be ? 
something is irratating that area on your wrists. keep a large band-aide over it for a few days with a cortizone ointment on it . in a few days should clear up.
Could be a gluten intolerance? Almost all rashes (other than the obvious ones like poison ivy) are a gut problem. I’d cut sugars first and foremost, bread, even dairy and slowly add them back to see a difference. Tho sugar is terrible and not necessary for a balanced overall healthy diet.
