I am an eighteen year old male.
I believed that because I am not circumcised, I was unable to pull back my foreskin. It was the type of thing I never even knew I'd need to research. However I have recently discovered that's not the case.
I seem to be attached from the head of my penis to my foreskin. As seen in the image
I am unsure of what this is and what I should do. However, I'd like some idea of what this is before approaching my parents about it.
I had seen this before but thought it was normal, up until about a couple of weeks ago.
As well as that, in the last couple days I developed a red pain develop on my foreskin near the tip of my penis. When I become hard it seems as though I have two cuts as well. It had dead skin in the surrounding area, but has now began to scab.
I am unsure if this is related, possibly due to poor hygiene. Any advice/possible diagnosis would be greatly appreciated.
