i have this red spot on the tip of my penis. i noticed it the day after freeballing in some pants all day but my concern is that i received oral sex that day as well. im not sure if this is a sign of std or if could just be an irritation from my pants. also there is no pain and its smooth and not bumpy and no pus or discharge
It is most likely irritation from the material of your pants, or perhaps you were slightly caught during the oral accidentally by teeth - if the oral was unprotected the only way to be sure you don’t have an STD / STI is to get tested.
