That is a long time 3 years.....

Oh gosh yes. Hangovers. I actually scared of them lol
I could drink from Thursday to Monday at one time,,,even working Friday and Saturday.
Now if I just have a few I'm in a bad way for days xx

I love Christmas but this year won't be able to have a drink because if medication. I will have to have chocolates instead xxx

yes me too. I don't sleep well at alland that makes a big difference to how I feel the next day. If I manage to get a few hours sleep I feel better the next day.
David I know the feeling!! We are our own worst enemies I am going to bed earlier and earlier and stressing out over nothing !! What a mess
