Upper Abdominal / Pelvic pain

I'm starting to feel at a loss with this all now, so I'm just sharing my experience to see if anyone can relate / maybe share their experiences, so I can keep pressuring my Doctors to keep doing further testing. I have suffered with UTIs since around 2018. The time I recall most is July 2019, I got a UTI and was on a 3 days antibiotics. I was on holiday in Greece and developed another UTI so got antibiotics out there. I came back to the UK and within a week I developed a 3rd UTI. A few weeks passed and I then developed a 4th UTI with again more antibiotics. I was getting majorly concerned as in the space of 3 months i had 4 UTIs. My doctor referred me to Urology but then COVID hit in March was exactly when my appointment was due. Through the whole of 2020 I didn't get another UTI do in all honesty I thought I was fine so didn't bother to re-book the March appointment. In July 2021, I was working and had gone loo and thought, god I feel like I need another wee. I didn't get the burning sensation though but still thought it best to put in a sample to my Drs, which came back showing I had a Urine Infection. I got antibiotics but carried on working (I'm a frontline Police Officer) so this was a bad idea because I still was holding my bladder on calls while on antibiotics. The course ran out and I actually started getting blood in my Urine. Again with another sample, another UTI. In short, I had a UTI for 8 weeks, with 5 back to back courses of antibiotics (strong and weak as the bacteria was immune to certain antibiotics each time). End of August I did my last sample, which was clear and felt like it had cleared up too. However, I started getting a really dull ache in the middle of my tummy (where my lower rib cage ends/ just above my belly button). A couple days went past and this ache started to turn into pain. The pain was sharp, and would come and go in waves. Then one morning, as soon as I opened my eyes I was in such severe pain I called 111 and they got an ambulance to whizz me up to the hospital, thinking it was something to do with my Kidneys. The pain was so unbearable I didnt even want to breath properly because it hurt. The hospital did blood works and an Xray. Xray was clear and my bloods were fine. They dismissed me with 'gastritis' /acid reflux pain and gave me meds for it. (bare in mind I had no acid reflux at all and the pain was in the middle but off to the right a little, almost like under my rib cage. But I had to accept this as tests showed I was fine. However, I got a call from a 111 doctor to follow up the day after this hospital visit and I told her that I didn't want to tell her that a health care professional has misdiagnosed me but I literally googled acid reflux symptoms and I literally had none, and explained the pains and feeling I did get. She agreed with me and said that it actually sounded like yes, 'gastritis' but likely either a stomach ulcer or more than likely my Stomach lining was inflamed because of all antibiotics I had just had. This then felt like it made more sense to me and she prescribed me gastritis meds but specifically for stomach ulcers. The pain and discomfort eased over time... it took approx. a month for my stomach to feel a little normal (however I just want to point out, I actually haven't felt right since this episode even after taking all the gastritis meds). Time has gone by, I now have health anxiety over the UTIs (but mainly due to my line of work). I look at the tissue paper EVERY time I wee. Sometimes I will go toilet and feel like I need it again very shortly after. I've lost my appetite, to the point my partner tells me to eat whether I want to or not. When I do get hunger pains, it actually hurts my stomach (not how I would get hunger pains historically if that even makes any sense). I have noticed that over the last 6-12months my periods are getting shorter and shorter and more and more painful. Because I always check the tissue when I wipe now, I notice from time to time blood, like fresh blood (not during my cycle time) sometimes a lot or sometimes just mixed in with the muck that usually comes out. This has been me since August 2021, just waiting for my Urology appointment again. 2 weeks ago, I was laying in bed watching a movie when I got the sharp stabbing pain in the middle of my tummy again. It was approx 9pm and thought in all honesty it might be gas or something else. The pain was getting me more and more uncomfortable. The movie finished about 10:30pm and my partner was getting ready for bed, so I told her that I would go into our spare room to not disturb her, because I was fidgeting so much as I just couldn't find a position I felt comfortable in. I took paracetamol but the pains were excruciating at this point. I went onto the 111 website just to put my symptoms in to see what it might show but it told me to go up to the hospital to get looked at. (I felt super nauseous and was dry heaving. I was shaking from the pain and felt a little dizzy but also to note, it wasnt constipation as I went 2 and still the pain remained and I also the last food I had was at 4:30pm {{this shows how much appetite Ive lost as I dont get hungry like I used to so dont eat regular meals properly anymore.) I was in a&e till about 5am. They took my bloods and sent me home to go back up later in the day for an ultrasound. At about 3am, the pain in the middle of my tummy was easing up but I was getting severe pain where my ovaries felt like. - Basically, my blood tests showed my white blood cell count was high. - My urine sample showed no bacteria growth. - The ultrasound on my tummy showed nothing of concern. Liver showed all fine, al veins fine, gallbladder fine, spleen and kidneys showed fine. No evidence of any scarring or hydronephrosis. It said "urinary bladder was moderately distended but unremarkable" but not sure what that means. - I had a pelvic ultrasound which showed normal uterus. The womb lining showed it was slightly thickened ( 12mm ) which is unusual for my time of cycle. Both ovaries appeared fine. There was fluid in my pelvic area. The hospitals main concern was appendix related however as the ultrasounds showed no concerns to them, they discharged me again with "gastritis" and gave me meds and co-codamol. I said to the Gynaecologist I understood why shes gone to gastritis again but the pain in my pelvic area was making me walk very slowly and hunched over. It was painful in certain positions and my white blood cells were raised so what the hell happened to my body. She started pushing around my pelvic area and the pain KILLED in the ride side. This is only when she told me the fluid in the pelvic area and likely that a cyst on my ovary ruptured. That annoyed me a little, because if I hadn't asked they would never have told me about that fluid and Id have been left with a massive ? mark over my head. They have now referred me for an Endoscopy for the gastritis too, but I'm left feeling utterly fed up and I just want answers. It doesn't help that my line management at work are basically saying im imagining it all and that its probably my anxiety or stress thats giving you pains that I dont really have. I am now keeping a food diary, but also ovulation diary for my doctor. It feels like doctors dont seem concerned or bothered and have shrugged everything off, keep diagnosing me with 'gastritis' so should make me feel less worried but if anything I just want to scream at them and tell them I know my body and I dont feel right. It is also hard because my blood tests and ultrasounds arnt /xrays arnt showing anything abnormal so I know thats why the doctors just arnt concerned but I just want to know if all of this relates to the UTIs, if my stomach lining is now ruined because of how many antibiotics Ive had or I just want to know if nothing is related, do I maybe have a condition like chrones or IBS or something now so I can have some peace of mind and kinda tell my managers (IM NOT CRAZY)! I know this will be a long read so if you made it this far, just thank you so much for taking this time to read up. If anyone has any similar things happening, any other suggestions I can ask my doctor to check me for that would be great.
