I had an upper endoscopy under sedation yesterday. Was told all went well. 5 biopsy were taken, 3 from oesophagus and 2 from stomach. After a couple of hours of being home i started having really bad pain in my back between my shoulder blades when swallowing. Today is a day after and still the same. i cant even take a sip of water without pain and feeling like a golf ball is stuck in my back and chest. i was told all i may feel is a slight sore throat. Has anyone experienced this?
I have same tight feeling in chest and back… also feels like air stuck in my esophagus
