Have any of you lovely ladies had or have pain in your upper mid back which radiates down your arm? I have had it a couple weeks now and am putting it down to the fact I overuse my right arm at work? Is it possible its a peri thing? I seem to have so many aches and pains .
I get upper back pain and in between my shoulder blades and yes sometimes in my arms as well. Doc did say i had a bad rotter cuff now have to see ortho. So it maybe that Also i have Gerd acid reflux and during a flare up i get pain there as well any questions feel free to message me or reply. Hope you feel better

Yes, I get upper back pain, pain in my shoulder blades, thats usually a stabbing sensation and doesn’t last long. But yeah, the upper back pain is horrible. We’re all in this together.
