Doctor has told me to up my dose to 37.5mg twice a day..my mood has dipped and my anxiety is worse.. but im scared it won't agree with me.. any one else like this?Thanx x
It's not a high dose, but it sounds like your doctor at least has said twice a day I was upped to 240mg and just took them all in the morning and was a mess by the next morning dreaming during the night waking up with panic attacks ect .then they forgot to prescribe any at all and things got worse . Give it a chance and tell your doctor your concerns . Good luck x

Hi Stacey I increased to 75mg 4 days ago and so far minimal side effects o take extended release tablets in the morning. Hope this helps x
